I’ve paid via 2checkout and still cannot access the course?

Logout and log back in. If you still cannot access the course, clear your browser history for the day. 

How do I access the CPD content?

This is extremely simply! Click the register button and fill in your details and you will have immediate access to the content on the CPD page. Click on a course to read more about that specific course. You have to be logged in to access the content. 

Despite having registered, I can’t access the CPD Page.

You are not logged in. Simply click on login on the home page or top menu and fill in your details. 

Are your tutorials HPCSA accredited?

Yes, all of our content is accredited and approved by the HPCSA and all accreditation numbers are visible on the course page.

How much do the tutorials cost?

Tutorial costs vary according to the activity and are visible on the CPD page. 

How do I pay for a tutorial?

We have 2 payment options. You can either pay immediate online via 2checkout – a secure online payment interface. This will allow you immediate access to the tutorial. Alternatively you can pay via EFT or in branch payment. Click for Banking Details

How do I receive my certificate?

Certificates are automatically generated and are immediately available once you have completed the online submission. They are also stored on the certificate page under the profile dropdown.
